tradition of fine Mexican cooking started some 40 years
ago with our very dear Grandma Juana in Mixtlan Jalisco,
Mexico. Eventually, the family moved to Southern California,
where in the mid 1980's, Ricardo, a San Clemente High
School Graduate decided to open his very first restaurant,
using the same recipes that Grandma Juana had perfected
Ricardo's, we are dedicated to serving you the highest
quality Mexican food using only the freshest ingredients
available. Anything less would not be approved by Grandma
